A multi-million dollar, privately held company in California bleeding cash in a once-profitable division engaged Securieon Group to conduct operational and organizational analyses that revealed a lack of control over inventories, a supplier, and employee exodus. Our hands-on leadership training efforts, along with a course correction of operational efficiencies, resulted in closing the unprofitable division to focus on the more profitable Light Detection and Ranging Technology for driverless cars (LIDAR) division. Tom has an impressive track record of sourcing, executing and completing IPO/M&A transactions totaling $5 billion in value. He earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
