A recession is starting today, so what now?

Today in times of crisis, we have the opportunity to reset. Call it a “do over”, a chance to answer the proverbial question, “if you knew then, what you know now, what would you have done differently?”. For those of you who heard the rumors of a recession coming, guess what? A recession is starting today, so what now?

This is what I am recommending to our clients:

2. Implement Workforce Protection
3. Maintaining Productivity and Communication via technology
4. Manage Finances
5. Prepare for Recovery and Growth; Personally and Professionally

In times of crisis:

• Leadership is defined
• Chaos forces immediate change
• Gut wrenching decisions must be made
• Employees need hope more than ever from leadership

Feeling a part of community is key to surviving this crisis. Social distancing can be accomplished by social connecting.
